12/07/2008 - The inboard fuel

The
morning was spent installing all the bulkhead fittings for good
into the inboard rib. I also decided to fit an anti rotation
device close to the bulkhead fitting of where the flop tube will
be. Not strictly necessary but it does not seem a bad idea.
In the
afternoon I sealed the end rib in for good as can be seen by the
last picture in the sequence. I needed a crows foot spanner
attached to the torque wrench to get onto the pipe work in places
but there is a calculation to adjust the torgue settings as the
adaptor changes the turning moment of the setup. Or just use Dan
Checkoway's utility like I do -
